Lisa Atherton is the President and CEO of Textron Systems, a leading provider of advanced defense technologies and systems to the U.S. military and allied governments. She oversees a portfolio spanning unmanned systems, intelligence and surveillance technologies, advanced training solutions, and other defense capabilities. Atherton has spent more than two decades in the aerospace and defense industry, including senior leadership roles within Textron. She is also recognized as a prominent woman in the defense sector, helping shape the development of technologies that support U.S. national security and military readiness. Her leadership places her at the intersection of American technological innovation, defense policy, and the growing global competition for advanced capabilities.
